Learn the fundamentals of a simple energy healing system that has been clinically shown to promote deep relaxation and alleviate pain. Pioneered by RN Dolores Krieger in the 1970’s, a number of studies were conducted that proved the efficacy of healing touch. You will learn and practice techniques for preparing yourself as the healer by centering and focusing your own energy, and for transferring energy to your client for their healing benefit.
