Reiki Healing
Reduce stress, align your thoughts and intentions, and release obstacles to peace and well being with a course of Reiki treatment. Reiki is a form of energy healing in which Chi - Universal Life Energy - is channeled for your healing benefit. Reiki goes to the root of your need for healing at the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels, During a Reiki treatment (usually 60-90 minutes) you relax, fully clothed, on a massage table or seated. You decide whether Reiki is to be given “hands on” or “hands off.” Reiki treatments can be scheduled for 60 or 90 minutes depending on your needs. There is no pressure on the body – touch is gentle, and for certain positions hands are held away from the body. The energy flows wherever it is required and can normally be felt as a warm sensation or tingling in the body. Receiving Reiki is very relaxing and soothing. |
